"El Mago Javier" is probably the only magician that has his own magic words. Sungi Tumi.
During his stay in the african continent, he went here and there using his magic to bring a bit of illusion to some of its corners. In some of the places he visited there are people that has almost never seen a white man. Let alone a white man doing yu-yu...
He crossed paths with a brave warrior and shared with him plenty of ocassions to chat. Sometimes about magic. One day, he said to Javier that he was about to give him something extremely valuable. His own magic words. "... and they will bring you success and applause. But -he said-, you have to pronounce them wrong, in another way. Doing that, you make them yours because you created them and the original ones stay secret".
So, Sungi Tumi, is the interpretation of what "el Mago Javier" made of the words the warrior pronounced. |
